Development-Related Projects

TransAction’s staff has extensive experience in designing workable mitigation solutions on behalf of developers and tenants.  Our action plans provide an outline of the most cost-effective measures and incentives unique to the site’s location and traffic generation rate, and provide the steps to be taken in order to implement the plan.  For Bose, Staples and TJX Companies, all located in Framingham, our staff developed the traffic mitigation and rideshare programs to reduce employee traffic coming to the worksites.  For Cabot & Forbes, TransAction designed the transit system and schedules for a proposed Westwood Station project, which consisted of 4.5 million square feet of retail, restaurants, residential, and office space located near the University Avenue commuter rail station off of Route 128.
