Crime Watch Groups... Let us help you build an online community today!
LinkingCommunities is a web-based communication bridge uniting parents, neighbors, schools, and law enforcement agencies, allowing them to better oversee, protect and rescue children from predators.
For years Law Enforcement agencies and neighborhoods have been working together to help keep the community safe by building Crime/Neighborhood Watch groups all over the United States. In 2004 LinkingCommunities started working with Law Enforcement and Neighborhood Watch groups to bring the management of this information to the internet.
Here is how it works…
There are 2 levels to the LinkingCommunities CMS (Content Management System). Level One CMS (single site) is for any community type that wants a website packed full of features and functionality. With a $99.00 one-time set-up fee and a $20.00 month hosting fee you can have your website up and running in no time. Choose a design from our design gallery, call us at 1-888-222-4446 ext.101, or click here for a quote for a custom website design.
The Multi-Level CMS is used by Law Enforcement agencies to build and manage their crime watch program. The Law Enforcement agency purchases an annual license fee which gives them their own custom designed website where they can promote and build their online community. A website for each Crime Watch Group associated with the agency is included in the annual license fee, allowing these groups to build and manage their own individual website. The best thing about the Multi-Level CMS is that when the Law Enforcement agency updates their crime watch page (news, documents, alerts, video's, events etc) all Crime Watch Groups associated with that agency get the update on their individual websites automatically, in real-time.

One of the features we are most proud of is Alert Central. This module comes with every web site in the Multi-Level CMS. Alert Central allows the members of these Crime Watch Groups to sign-up to receive alerts, post alerts, search posted alerts on a map and view statistical data on reported crimes.
